QUICK START / CONTROLS
How to play STRANDED
- Open STRANDED and start the day’s run.
- Read each question and submit an answer within 25 seconds.
- If an answer is not accepted, try another before the clock runs out.
- Finish six questions and watch the ending your total earns.
STRANDED scoring explained
Accepted answers receive 1–500 points according to the share of that day’s players who used them. Six top-scoring answers total 3,000. The published rules say scores can drift as more people play; they also explain that equivalent wordings share a score.

Find another reading
An open-ended question can have more than one sensible interpretation. Look for a second literal meaning, while checking that your answer still fits the words on screen. Creativity helps only if the validator accepts it.
Keep a safe fallback
Choose one ordinary answer as insurance, then look for something less common. If a more ambitious idea is rejected, return to your fallback while you still have time.
Compare choices, not just totals
Two players can know equally much and still choose very different answers. When discussing a run, compare how you interpreted each question. That reveals more about your approach than a score alone.
